Parktide shows street cleaning, time limits, permit rules, meters and tow-away restrictions for the curb where you parked in San Francisco.
Using the app
- Move the pin, search an address, or use your location. Tap the side of the street you parked on, then save the spot.
- Reminders (street cleaning, time limits, tow-away, new temporary signs) are optional. Turn them on in Settings. On iPhone they are delivered by Apple Push Notification, not by the website.
- Curb paint and most meter hours are not in the city's data. Add your own note on a block side. Posted signs and paint on the street win over anything the app says.
- Sign in with your email and password. Parktide is a monthly subscription that covers curb rules, saved parking, reminders, notes, and history. Sign-in and parking features are available in the iPhone app. This website is for product information and support.
Subscription and billing
Parktide Monthly is an auto-renewing subscription. The US price is $2.99 per month; Apple shows your local price before purchase. Payment is charged to your Apple Account. It renews monthly unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Manage or cancel through Apple subscription settings. Canceling stops the next renewal; access continues until the paid period ends. Restore on an iPhone using the same Apple Account and Parktide account.
Deleting your Parktide account does not cancel your Apple subscription. Cancel it separately in Apple subscription settings. Subscription refunds are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.

Use the support contact on the App Store listing for the iOS app. Include the block and the time you looked it up if a rule looks wrong.
